SENIOR INFORMATION:

  • Graduation gown packages have arrived and may be picked up in the counseling office.  Please bring your $30.00
  • May 9:         Baccalaureate; 7:00 p.m. Good Shepherd Catholic Church.  Graduates arrive by 6:30 p.m.
  • May 16:        Sr. Awards Program; 6:30 p.m. Social.  7:00 p.m. program; HS Auditorium
  • May 24:       All School Awards Program; 10:00 a.m. HS Auditorium. May 24:       Commencement Practice; 11:00 a.m.’ish, following Awards program.
  • May 27:       Commencement Program; 2:00 p.m.  HS Main Gym.  Graduates report to the auxiliary gym by 1:15 p.m.

College Visit:     

STUDENT INFORMATION:

  • Prom Information - please see Mrs. Runck to confirm that you can still attend prom on May 5th. If you need a refund, need to change your guest, or make any additional changes, this also needs to be done. If you can now attend prom on the new date and would like to sign up, you can also do that. All of this needs to be done by Friday, April 27th.”

SPORTS & ACTIVITIES:

 

Reminders to students who participate in Athletics or Activities

  • A student may not participate in any activity or program if he or she has an unexcused absence from any class during the day.
  • In order to attend, practice and/or participate in any school activity after school hours you must be PRESENT for periods 4 – 7.In order to participate in any game or activity, you must be present for periods 1 – 7.
  • Students returning from late games and activities are expected to be in school the following day on time.

STUDENT REMINDERS:

Arriving Late / Leaving Early

  • Students who arrive to school after 8:10 am or leave before 3:00 pm must enter and exit through the Main Office.
  • You will need to use the Sign In/Sign Out sheets.Arriving late or leaving early requires a parent or guardian to call the Main Office to provide an excused absence.Students who do not use the Sign In/Sign Out sheets will be unexcused.If a parent or guardian do not contact the office of the absence it will be considered unexcused.Unexcused absences lead to detention.
  • Detention for Unexcused Absences or Other Disciplinary Reasons –
    • If you are assigned to detention you have 5 days to serve detention.If you do not serve your detention you will be assigned to In-School Suspension.Do not put off or ignore your responsibilities.
  • Closed Campus
    • Students are reminded they are to remain in the school building during school hours.This includes during LUNCH HOUR.No students are allowed to be in any personal vehicle at any time throughout the day.
  • Nuisance Items
    • If a student is in possession or using an electronic device or other nuisance item during class time without permission, the item will be confiscated and taken to the Main Office.The first time this happens, the student may pick up their item at the end of the school day.For EACH time after that, you will have to pay a fine to get your item out of impound.
